120 minute massage – The most recommended treatment I do and includes a fusion of Swedish, Thai and Ashiatsu massage and the pressure can vary from light to deep depending on the pressure you need. It gives ample time to relax each client and work out issues such as a tight neck or lower back pain. I often find a one hour massage is often too rushed to treat each individual client properly.
